By creating an account, booking a demo, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies referenced here, including our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Use of the Services
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not misuse the Services, interfere with their normal operation, or attempt to access them using a method other than the interfaces and instructions we provide.

Customer data
You retain all rights to the data you and your residents submit to the Services. You grant 8Lease a limited license to process that data solely to provide and improve the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The Services, including all software, design, and content provided by 8Lease, are owned by 8Lease and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding except as needed to use the Services.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 8Lease disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 8Lease will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
